Good to know
Questions, answered.
What is Healthivo Rewards?
Our free loyalty scheme. Every Healthivo account earns credit for everyday things: creating the account, placing orders, trying new products, leaving reviews and inviting friends. There are 18 missions, worth up to £90 from the one-time ones alone, plus £3 for every friend you refer and £1 for every review that goes live.
How do I spend my Rewards credit?
Tick "Use my Healthivo Rewards credit" at checkout and it comes straight off the order. Credit can cover up to 50% of the items in an order (delivery is not included), and if you hold a subscription it is applied to each renewal automatically. It has no expiry date and no cash value.
When does the credit arrive?
Sign-up credit lands as soon as you verify your email. Credit linked to orders is added when the order ships, review credit when your review is approved, and referral credit when your friend's first order ships. We email you when order, review and referral credit lands.
How does refer a friend work?
Your account has a personal invite link. When a friend creates an account through it and their first order ships, you both receive £3 credit. There is no limit to how many friends you can invite.
